PGT Innovations, a national leader in the premium window and door industry, seeks to fill over 200 available positions with on-the-spot hiring at a career fair.
The 3-hour employment event is geared toward filling open positions such as Production Team Members, Material Handling Technicians, Loading Technicians, Maintenance Mechanics, Automation Technicians, CNC Machine Operators, Production Supervisors, and Class-A CDL Truck Drivers.
No prior experience or certifications are necessary for Production Team Member, Material Handling Technician, and Loading Technician positions as PGT Innovations provides on-the-job training for new team members. Candidates interested in any of the positions can review full job descriptions and complete an application here. Applications will also be provided onsite at the event.
Interviews will be held during the event, and on-the-spot job offers will be extended to qualified candidates. Candidates who are hired at the event will also receive a $2,000 bonus after completing 12 months of employment.
In an effort to ensure the personal health and wellness of PGT Innovations team members and event participants, everyone will be required to undergo a temperature check, wear a face covering and complete a health questionnaire prior to entering the career fair. Masks will be provided, if needed.
