BROOKE HOFFMAN
Meet Brooke Hoffman, our Human Resources Intern! She currently attends Ohio University as a Sophomore majoring in Marketing. When it’s time to start applying for jobs the most important thing for Brooke is the potential for growth and flexibility. Despite not knowing what exactly she wants to do, Brooke’s dream career is to be serving people and doing work that would leave an impact on many people.
She is currently working on the Years of Service Award Programs which recognizes our team members who have dedicated to serve our community. Her advice to other interns is to build connections and relationships across all departments. All in all, Brooke biggest lesson learned from PGT Innovations is to always ask for help when you need it.
