MORGAN LINGLE
We are excited to show off our summer interns! Our first Intern Spotlight is Morgan Lingle. She is our Workforce and Human Resources intern. Morgan will be in her senior year at Geneva College, double majoring in Human Services and International Missions. She plans on graduating next May. Morgan says that after she graduates and starts her job search, the most important thing she will look for in a company is how they treat their employees and how they view their employer.
One lesson Morgan has learned since being a team member at PGT Innovations is when you are given a task, do the best that you can, and don’t be afraid to ask questions. When asked what advice she would give to other interns, Morgan suggested, “Make sure you are able to manage your time.” Morgan’s favorite part of working at PGT Innovations is the people and how friendly and helpful everyone is. She is currently working on designing the virtual CORE Training Program for new team members through the Company’s online Learning Management System.
