Jeffrey T. Jackson

PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Jackson currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of PGT Innovations. He joined PGT Innovations in November 2005 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In 2006, Mr. Jackson helped lead the Company’s IPO and was later named Executive Vice President. In 2014, Mr. Jackson became President and Chief Operating Officer with responsibilities overseeing the Company’s strategic direction. In 2016, Mr. Jackson was appointed to the Board of Directors.

Prior to joining PGT Innovations, Mr. Jackson held various executive management roles. In 2004 Jeff joined The Hershey Company as Vice President and Corporate Controller. Prior to Hershey, Mr. Jackson served in positions of increasing responsibility with Schwan’s Bakery, including Senior Vice President – General Manager of Emerging Channels and Senior Vice President and CFO. In addition, Jackson worked for Flowers Foods, Inc., Coca-Cola, and KPMG.

Mr. Jackson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of West Georgia and is a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia and California.

Mr. Jackson serves on the Board of Directors for Smith Douglas Homes a private home builder based in Atlanta, GA as Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Eric Kowalewski

Executive Vice President of Florida Operations

Mr. Kowalewski joined PGT Innovations in 2021 as the Executive Vice President of Florida Operations. Mr. Kowalewski brings more than 20 years of operations experience in an executive role, with eight of those years in the building products industry, where he has successfully developed high-performance teams and cutting-edge global supply chains while also leading multi-site and multi-national manufacturing locations.

Prior to joining PGT Innovations, Mr. Kowalewski served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Cornerstone Building Brands Residential Group. While there, he was responsible for safety, manufacturing, strategic sourcing, purchasing, engineering, new product development, logistics, quality, forecasting, process improvement, and automation for 23 manufacturing plants supporting sales in the Americas.

Mr. Kowalewski received a Master of Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College and a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Ohio University. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Additionally, Mr. Kowalewski is a dedicated community advocate, volunteering at United Way, PAL, and Autism Society of America.

Mike Wothe

PRESIDENT, WESTERN DIVISION

Mr. Wothe joined PGT Innovations in December 2019 as President of the Western Division and Senior Vice President of PGT Innovations.

In this role, Mr. Wothe is responsible for all aspects of the business, including strategy, sales and marketing, operations, and P & L. Mr. Wothe brings decades of operations and industry experience, as well as a strong understanding of customer relations.

Prior to joining PGT Innovations, Mr. Wothe was President at Cardinal LG Company, a leader in residential glass for windows and doors in the United States.

Mr. Wothe holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Washington.

Bob Keller

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF CUSTOMER STRATEGY & INNOVATION, SOUTHEAST DIVISION

Mr. Keller joined PGT Innovations in 2016 and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Strategy and Innovation. Prior roles include President of the Southeast Business Unit, Vice President and General Manager of PGT Custom Windows & Doors, a PGT Innovations brand. His responsibilities include all aspects of operations for CGI®, PGT® Custom Windows and Doors, CGI Commercial, and WinDoor®, Eco Window Systems, and Eze-Breeze brands in the Southeast division, as well as expanded oversight of the business unit, including sales, marketing, and customer service. Prior to joining PGT Innovations, he served as the Vice President of Global Operations for Moen. From 2002 to 2014, he held several roles with Therma-Tru Doors, including Senior Vice President of Operations and Engineering, Plant Manager, and Senior Product Marketing Manager.

Mr. Keller earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from Regis University.

He served as a board member of the Window and Manufacturer’s Association (WDMA) from 2011 to 2014. He is also a lifetime member of The Ohio State Alumni Society and was recognized by the Army National Guard in 2004 as a Center of Influence during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Mr. Keller serves on the board of Loveland Center.

Debbie L. LaPinska

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Mrs. LaPinska currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer and is responsible for talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, health and safety, and organizational development and training. Prior to her current role, Mrs. LaPinska served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources from 2014 to 2021, Vice President of Customer Relations from 2012 to 2014, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing from 2003 to 2012. Mrs. LaPinska has served in multiple roles including leading the Company’s Workforce and Dealer Development functions, Customer Service and Field Service, Transportation, and Sales since her time joining PGT Innovations in 1991 as a Customer Service Representative.

Mrs. LaPinska earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Eckerd College.

She currently serves as a board member for The YMCA of Southwest Florida and Girls, Inc.

Christy Sackett

VICE PRESIDENT OF Marketing, PGT Innovations

Mrs. Sackett currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing and is responsible for building and strengthening the positioning and awareness of PGT Innovations’ family of brands, cultivating an expansive marketing strategy for our product portfolio, driving growth strategies, capturing opportunities in new and existing markets, and transforming the company’s digital marketing journey. She provides strategic direction for all areas of PGT Innovations marketing enterprise-wide including Corporate Marketing, Product Management, Brand Marketing, and Digital Innovation. Prior to her current role, Mrs. Sackett served as the Director of Marketing from 2019 to 2021, and Senior Manager of Strategic Marketing from 2016 to 2019.

Mrs. Sackett’s background includes over 12 years of experience in the fenestration and building products industries where she has consistently led the successful execution of marketing efforts that support various corporate strategic and growth-focused goals.

Mrs. Sackett earned her MBA in Marketing from Eastern Michigan University and serves on the board of directors for the PGT Innovations Leading Ladies group. She also currently serves on the Digital Design Advisory Board for Suncoast Technical College.
